Connection Night for Couples is an online, from-the-comfort-of-your-own-home evening hour where couples can slow down, relax, and be supported in practicing presence together. You’ll be part of a small group of couples exploring connection practices and communication tools. Couples therapist and mindfulness teacher Zubin Mistri will guide a short mindfulness meditation, followed by a few embodied, mindfulness-based relational practices for you and your partner to explore with each other. These will include speaking and listening intentionally, shared movement and touch, and other explorations to help you connect and relax together. There will be invitations to share your experience with and be seen by the group as a couple, but no pressure to do so. Connection Night is supportive and restorative space to attune to yourself and your relationship more deeply.
LGBTQ+ couples are welcome.
This is not a therapy or support group. This group is not a good fit if you have a degree of unaddressed tension in your relationship that engaging with each other for an hour is too overwhelming for either partner.

Cost: $ 50 / couple. (If that price prevents you from attending, please ask me about a sliding scale.)
